AirTran Airways expand its service to Orlando International Airport with new nonstop flights from Atlantic City International Airport in Atlantic City, NJ, Asheville Regional Airport in Asheville, NC, and McGhee-Tyson Airport in Knoxville, TN.

The Asheville service will begin on 11 June while the Knoxville and Atlantic City services will begin on 12 June.

"Travellers looking to escape colder climates for warm, sunny weather will be happy to know that AirTran can get them there on nonstop flights with the lowest fares around," said Kevin Healy, senior vice-president of marketing and planning for AirTran. "[We are] proud to expand in Orlando, our hometown, with these new flights and destinations."

With the addition of Knoxville and Asheville, AirTran Airways will provide service to 61 destinations nationwide, including 33 nonstop cities from Orlando.
