LAAD 2015: Tekever to take stake in Santos Lab

Portuguese UAV manufacturer Tekever announced at LAAD on 15 April that it has signed a purchase agreement to acquire a ‘significant interest’ in Santos Lab, one of Brazil’s leading UAS manufacturers.

‘Brazil is a strategic country for us,’ Tekever’s COO, Ricardo Mendes, explained to Shephard. ‘It’s a large country with a lot of challenges both terrestrially and in the maritime environment that can be addressed by UAS,’ he added.
