AUVSI 2012: MLB goes vertical

MLB is using the venue of AUVSI’s Unmanned Systems North America to spotlight its recent development efforts on its new Vertical – Bat (V-Bat) UAV prototype platform.

According to company president Stephen Morris, the Silicon Valley-based company has been manufacturing complete UAV systems for the past 15 years, with its early efforts focused toward the commercial sector.
