24 February 2010 - 0:00 by the Shephard News Team

Heli-Lynx Helicopters Services Inc. is presenting a new look and a new “H.E.L.I” web link feature on their web site at the Heli Expo in Houston.

This quick link which stands for “Heli-Lynx Electronic Literature on the Internet” will allow existing and future Heli- Lynx customers live up-to-date access for the 350FX and 355FX STC documentation. Once logged on to the Heli Lynx web site, at www.helilynx.com , clients will be able to view and download documents such as ICA’s, Installation Manuals, Flight Manual Supplements and all supporting documentation from our Quality Department.

“This quick link will ensure your quality personnel  access to the latest in technical documentation and supporting literature for your FX helicopter “ said Hoss Golanbari, Director of Customer Support. “Our Quality Department has been sending this information via email to all of our existing clients and as addresses change and people move, it is harder and harder to ensure a high level of support for our existing and growing customer base”.

“With this new system in place, even the most remote operator can have access to all our manuals at any time” said Heli-Lynx Quality manager Pat Smith…” This will improve the process of our engineering group to have documents prepared and released through our QA Department much faster and be more readily available for our customers.

Once an operator has been provided with a login and a password, they will have full access and up-to-date information which will help ensure the safe operation of their aircraft. Heli Lynx is constantly working on improving customer support and product reliability through the years and this new “H.E.L.I” quick link on the web site will greatly improve our customers access to up to date technical information.”
