Pratt & Whitney Canada Signs R&O Contract With Heli-Skiing Leader Alpine Helicopters
Pratt & Whitney Canada signed a five-year contract with Canadian heli-skiing leader Alpine Helicopters of Kelowna, British Columbia, for the repair and overhaul of 20 PT6T-3B Twin-Pak engines, plus spares, installed on Alpine's fleet of Bell 212 helicopters.
Alpine Helicopters operates helicopters for heli-skiing and heli-hiking adventures, as well as firefighting services in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
"Alpine is a long-standing customer of ours and we are delighted that they have renewed a time and material R&O contract for their fleet of Bell 212 helicopters," said Eva Azoulay, Director of Commercial Services & Support, Customer Service, P&WC.
