Baboo's London City?Geneva service boosted by Swiss frequency changes
Baboo’s new service from London City to Geneva has been boosted by the decision by Swiss to reduce frequency on the route from six a day to four a day.
Baboo began the route as part of its winter schedule with flights twice daily. The service, operated as an Air France codeshare in partnership with CityJet, continues onwards from Geneva to Venice (Marco Polo Airport) using Bombardier Q400s.
Meanwhile, Baboo CEO Jacques Bankir reports that the carrier is also reigniting its codeshare on the Geneva–Athens route with the new Olympic Air following a hiatus during the switch from the old Olympic Airlines to the new Greek carrier. The airline operates the routes with Embraer 190s.
