CERDEC contracts for support
CACI International has been awarded an engineering support contract for the US Army's Communications-Electronics Research, Development, and Engineering Center (CERDEC) Flight Activity (CFA), the company announced on 30 June.
The multi-million dollar contract increases the company's scope and size of work for CERDEC and expands its C4ISR business. Under the contract, the company will provide sensors systems engineering support for the delivery of time-critical intelligence.
John Mengucci, chief operating officer and president of US operations, CACI International, said: 'CACI's level of sophistication, proven expertise, and experience in signals intelligence will advance the US Army's quick reaction capability for airborne C4ISR solutions in a timely, cost-efficient manner.'
