Becker Avionics’ DVCS6100 Digital Voice Communication System was selected by Lloyd Helicopters for integration into their two new EC145.

The aircraft are currently undergoing completion at Keystone Helicopters and will be tailored for offshore operations.

The DVCS6100 was selected due to the ease and speed in which Lloyd’s can use the software configuration tool to customize the intercom/audio system to meet their customers specific operational requirements thus saving cost and resources by significantly reducing down time.

The DVCS 6100 has been designed for both rotary and fixed-wing applications, and fully reflects Becker Avionics’ proven know-how of more than four decades in audio system development for the aerospace industry.

Since the market introduction of the 1st DVCS generation, over 300 systems have been placed into service and have achieved outstanding field reliability.

The result of a continuous product improvement program has made the DVCS6100 another Becker Avionics success story.

The DVCS’ performance and scalability has led to numerous installations in a diverse mix of rotary and fixed wing platforms, including, but not limited to the following models: BO105, EC135, EC145, MD900, Bell412, S-70A, DO228, MA-600, Pilatus PC9, L-410, King Air 350, DHC-5 Buffalo.
